COVID-19 Update

WAUSAU, Wis. – March 25, 2020 - Uncertain times call for strength and resolve in order to persevere. As this nation comes together to face the threat of COVID-19, we at Wausau Tile are standing in solidarity to do our part. We realize that a great responsibility exists to balance the health and mental well-being of our employees and their family members with the duty of maintaining our support of the efforts of the Critical Infrastructure sectors that rely on our products and services.

Wausau Tile is considered an essential manufacturer of products supporting multiple sectors outlined in the CISA Critical Infrastructure list. This would include but not limited to: commercial facilities, health care and government.

To date, we will remain open during the COVID-19 pandemic.

During this fluid and ever-changing landscape, we want to ensure you, our employees, clients, and vendors, that we will continue to do our part to remain open servicing the critical infrastructure sectors that are depending upon us.

We are operating as usual with the focus on customer service. We have made provisions to stay operational in this rapidly changing COVID-19 situation and will do our best to minimize the impact to our customers. We are temporarily limiting on-site customer visits for the next few weeks, but are available via phone, email or online meeting.

We understand the seriousness of COVID-19 and continually urge our employees to follow the latest guidelines provided to reduce the potential spread of the virus.
