To meet these objectives, the project features Wausau Tile terrazzo tile flooring and precast terrazzo stair components. The terrazzo tile provides a resilient, low-maintenance surface for high-traffic corridors and public spaces, while matching precast terrazzo stair treads and landings create a seamless visual transition between floors. Together, these systems reinforce design continuity while delivering the durability and long-term performance required in a healthcare environment.
